Circa V2 has been released

Circa 2, the Toolkit compatible version, has officially been released. If you have the beta installed this version will automatically uninstall the beta (after migrating any data across) and upgrade V1 of Circa. [URL]http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads/circa_and_ir_reader[/URL]
