Hi there - I am running into issues with transferring my Clipsal C-Bus home lighting system from one computer on a flash drive to the other. I am able to get most data transferred but it is not transfering the "tags". Currently, I am using the "backup" button under file tab to transfer it. Please let me know if anyone has run into this before or knows how to solve this headache.

Few things to check as typically backup works.
On the original pc what version of toolkit are you using?
    New pc Toolkit version?
There has recently been some upgrades and the way things work.
Post the info so we can help, or
Ensure both versions are the same, then try back up again

Hi Wonkey, thank you for your reply. The old computer had the C-BUS Tool Kit version 1.16.0, the new computer which we are trying to transfer into is Tool Kit version 1.16.4. Everytime we try to transfer the lighting program all the information transfers except for the tags, which only show group numbers instead of the programmed information.

Go into your old pc and navigate to c/clipsal/c-gate2/tag folder, copy the contents of the tag folder.
Then save them to your usb and paste them into the same location on your new pc.
