CNI Product suggestion

    CNI product modification suggestion.

    This product uses a 2 port Lantronics serial module. Only one port used connected to PCI.

    Excellent product modification would be to make the second serial port available via an RJ45.

    This could then be used to connect to other devices (like touch screen [for remote programming] another PCI, Minder)

    Would not add much to cost (just RJ45 Connector) once new circuit board design done

    What do you think.

    It's a matter of what the product manager thinks...

    This product is not scheduled to have any modification made, so don't hold your breath.
