Color Touch

    :confused: Wondering what could be problem with touch screen. Installed new colour screen about two weeks ago everything working beautiful. Got home from work today and found touch screen is blank ( Black Screen ) blue indicator light on only. Touch screen it beeps but no picture or c-bus operation. All sceenes stored within still work from remote triggering but no screen. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    I assume you have cycled the power on/off to the unit???

    Maybe the timeout page is set to a page that has no, {link to page} buttons, or graphics.

    Tried turning unit on and off still same screen. Also tried leaving unit turned off overnight, when turned back on still same situation. Tried to do a reprogramme of touch screen but still no screen. Any other suggestions.

    It sounds to me like a hardware failure. I assume that when you power cycle it, nothing gets displayed on the screen at any stage ?

    That is correct the screen stays the same no matter what I try.:(

    I think you will need to get the unit swapped for another one. This is almost certainly a hardware problem.
