    Hi all,

We have a site where we've tried to download a project to the CTC. This project was created with a template. It downloads fine, but the moment you're touching a button which has a C-bus GA linked to it, it shows the error "C-bus V2.0". Any other buttons respond well.
Downloading any other project NOT created with a template works fine.

    PICED 3.9 & Toolkit 1.6.1.

    Please help.

    Thanks

Very strange. A lot of people have used the templates, and this is the first time anyone has had this particular problem as far as I know.

It will probably be necessary to send a project archive (of one which doesn't work) to CIS Tech Support. Provide details of what you are doing and ask them to refer the problem to me if they can't resolve it.

    Hi Darren,

It seems as if the problem was with the local network address.
In this specific project the local network's address was set to 253, not 254.

This caused the error. Once readdressed to 254 it worked fine.

    Maybe a bug??

    Thanks

Ah, yes. This is a known bug. This has been fixed for the upcoming release.

Is your tag database in the original folder or directed someplace else?
