I have a colour C-Touch that will not connect to c-bus on start-up. I replaced it with a different one and problem was fixed. I spoke to CIS about this problem and they said the C-bus connection was triggering too soon on start-up and there was no allowance to re-connect once it has tried the first time. I was told a fix would be available last week in the form of a firmware up-grade. Is this available yet as I have a client waiting for a working touchscreen. anyone else had then same problem with some units?
