Com port detection

    Toolkit 1.1.6 does not detect a new com port when connect via a USB port unless you restart Cgate - windows knows about it but not cgate.
    Which means i not plug in after starting toolkit

    Yep, thats right.. its a Java limitation. :(

    Piced detects usb com port when i plug in and was expecting toolkit to perform the same

    Hi Dave,

    PICED isn't dependent on Java like Toolkit is.
