Comfort Integration on Android vs iPad

    Hi,

    Could anyone please shed some light on this issue?

    Using Wiser2 to monitor Comfort panel's zones brought this under our attention.

    On the Wiser's iPad GUI the Comfort Zones change status immediately, but zones do not react on any Android device. This happens on LAN or via WAN.

    On Wiser1 we had the same issue, although we had intermittent success on the Android devices at the time.

    Any ideas if it is a Wiser app issue or Android issue?

    Just to be one of those p&$cks, but:

    The C-Bus Community Forums is place where C-Bus users can share information and help others with C-Bus. From time to time you will see Clipsal staff on the forums, but this is not an official support channel. If you really need help contact the official support services of Clipsal.
