Hi, Currently and always have had problems with PICED failing to communicate to the network after a relatively short time of being connected.
Does anyone have an idea of the issue I am having and is there a fix?
PC to network via serial on PAC. Running simple logic etc on one network.

    How short is short?

PICED, in simulation mode, will run for about a day and then disconnect.

If you want something that runs continuously you need HomeGate or SchedulePlus.

PICED is for commissioning and simulation of the devices you are commissioning.

    Short being approx 15 - 20mins.
I notice that the PAC status light stops flashing when comms are lost.
Roared back into life once USB was disconnected.

So do you mean PICED stops, or the PAC stops ?

Not too sure. PICED works in simulation but stops sending the infomation to the network because 0/1 networks on-line shows at the bottom of the screen. Once connected for the first time all ok but after the 15mins this happens.
Also PAC stops but PICED can at times still show 1/1 networks online but nothing happening. PICED will simulate lighting being switched on and off but physical switching doesn't take place.

Problem solved! Firmware conflict on PAC with Toolkit running alongside PICED.
