Has anybody else experienced problems with the screws on output units loosening very quickly. In a recent installation the terminals could be retightened by up to 2 turns within a month of installation. Our electrician has had to go back and re-tighten the screws after he completes each output unit.

I suspect it 'may' be related to the copper now being used in the cables - with the $$ of copper going through the roof recently, I wonder if suppliers are using a different combination of metals in the cables.

    Any thoughts out there??

I have seen this to. I just thaught it was not tightened enough in the first place. On a board where all the screws were tightened and double checked a month later 2 of the terminals you could just pull out the wire...

I do not understand how this could be a hardware issue as such, but 'could' there be a QC problem in the output units? has to be either a copper/cable problem, or a problem within the relays or dimmers.!
