Configuring FTP to SHAC

Hi All,

I've enabled the FTP functionality in the SHAC however, it refuses to save when I have entered a password. I've no idea what default passwords are for the users "ftp" and "apps". I've tried different types of complexity on the passwords, but the dialog refuses to update and save. I'm using the latest fw version.

I don't suppose one can ssh into the unit?

I just tried this and it worked fine. What actually happens when you try and save the passwords?

 

Interestingly I tried it on the laptop upstairs this morning after I saw your reply and it appears to work fine, whereas on the other machine nothing happens at all if there is any information in either of the password fields.

It as though there is some javascript verification that checks the validity of the fields before allowing it to be saved, I assume there is javascript in there for this purpose. Same OS, same browser, I'm just not sure if the browser versions are different at this point.
