Consultant wanted (C-Bus & ?lan g!)

I am a homeowner who is comfortable with technology. I use Clipsal/Cbus to control my lighting and Elan to integrate all home controls. I live in a remote area and my Clipsal/Cbus installer no longer is able to service me. I am looking to hire a consultant to help tweak my system.

Requirements
* very solid understanding of PICED, C-Bus Toolkit
* Ability to write simple Pascal scripts if necessary
* modest understanding of g!Tools


Types of issues
* Explain which system lighting scenes should reside on?
* Can I trigger a ?lan event from a CBus light switch?
* ?lan controlling Clipsal? example it seem that by default turning on a light is a 4 second ramp? can this be changed to instant?
* Overall review of my configurations and comments and suggestions. I do have a semi-local ?lan representative, we are in more need of the Clipsal/CBus side.
* I have many LED/RGBs and need help identifying best UI for control
