controlling cd4 relay

    I have to controll 10 somfey motor controlled blinds, each with a cd4 relay.
    I'm still trying to find specs on the cd4 relay.
    Any suggestions on the best way to control these.
    Not sure if the budget will cover a touch screen.
    The only requirment the client has is to use Reflection inputs.
