    Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if you can create an application at address 208 (Security).
I will be using a comfort system and apparently the group addresses 1,2,3,4..... correspond with the inputs 1,2,3,4.....etc. So then on a c-touch you could do things like display if doors were open just by creating a status indicator and setting the group address to the input number on comfort.

Toolkit will only seem to let me create applications within the lighting range?

    Thanks

In Toolkit if you select File->Preferences->Compatibility and then set "Allow creation of legacy C-Bus Applications" ON you'll be able to create the Application you need..

Please, please, please, DO NOT create a standard lighting application at 208 (Security).

The Security Application (208) talks security language messages. You are in danger of breaking things if you use it for anything else.

If you can better explain what you want to achieve it may help us to give you a better solution.
