There seems to be some issues with Crestron integration when PCI v4 is used. Apparently everything is fine with the old PCI v3.

Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Thanks.

Use C-Bus diagnostic to ensure the settings in the v4 PCI are the same as the v3 PCI. Have had this problem before and this fixed it :)

    PCI v3

Can someone please send more info for V3 PCI Setup...Currently I've got V4.4 firmware PCI that doesn't work with my Crestron system.
    I's there a way to roll-back a PCI unit to V3?
    Tnx,

You cant roll a PCI back to V3.

A V4 PCI is compatible with V3 if used according to the documentation.

If something unsupported is being done then a V4 PCI MAY NOT work the same as a V3.

All the extra function of the V4 PCI are disabled by default and get turned on as options. This was deliberate to ensure that applications built for a V3 PCI would continue to work with V4.

Suggest you contact your driver supplier.
