CTC and MONO no sync

I was facing some problem that CTC and B&W no sync status.


Problem 1
The system got 4 network (network A,B,C,D)
CTC and B&W was in the same network A
1) When using CTC to dim network B light , the status of B&W not according and remain the same percentage,
but the status of DLT was according to the CTC.
2) When using the B&W to dim network C light, the status of CTC and B&W is not according and remain the CTC was remain the same percentage
,but the status of DLT was according to the status of B&W

We using PICED V4.4.0 and TK 1.9.3

Problem 2
Same problem with problem 1 but is Schedule Plus and the CTC , the status of either each part won't change accordingly.


Problem 3
Can i ask some question abotu C-Lution here?

If you use a unit on one network (A) to control a group on another network (B), other units on network A will not see the message.

The easiest way around this is to have units on network A send the messages to network A and rely on "Application Connect" mode in the bridges to forward the messages for you. The other units on network A will then see the messages.
