I have a Color Touchscreen that resets itself about once or twice per day. Not sure how to troubleshoot this problem. It is connected to Wiser via Ethernet. Both the Wiser and Touchscreens are plugged into a backup UPS so I don't think the unit is loosing power. Could it be possibly be loosing Cbus power? Or could it be a setting in the Wiser Router?

    Any suggestions?

A CTC won't reset due to a wiser setting.

If its on a UPS then there are 2 most likely causes:

    1. It has a restart schedule in it. (You can get the screen the reset itself periodically. Suggest you check the project for the screen and see how its been set up, make sure there is no restart schedule, OR if there is, set it to restart once a month, only, at about 2 am.)

    2. The screen is faulty and needs to be returned for repair/replace.

Where in PICED can I find the restart schedule so that I may disable it?

Open the Schedule Manager. See if there is a schedule with an action of "re-start".
