Ctrl+Alt+Del has Appeared on C-Touch Screen - won't reboot

    Hi guys,

    I've just had a customer contact me and they have had Ctrl+Alt+Del appear on their colour touchscreen. The install is around 5 years old and there have been no issues till now. They have cycled the power a couple of times but the screen won't reboot. There is no access to any other screen or screen keypad from/within this screen. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I can't get to site today...Thoughts?

    The customer has since sent through a snap of the screen and it says “disk read error occurred - press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

    The most common cause of touch screen failures like this is the CF card. CIS customer support did have a change-over service for these but I believe they are no longer available. Worth trying though.
