CTS connection with network

    Good afternoon!
    Problem with the color touch screen (5000CTC). The device doesn't send control commands to a network, however accepts and processes. I faced a similar problem on several different objects where devices are install about three years ago. :confused:
    Whether there is an opportunity as the interface of connection of the touch screen to a network to use TCP/IP the gateway?

    P/S sowtware is the last version. =)
