Hello, is there a way we can have dimming channels to only turn on after a slider or ramp gets above say, 10%. The trouble I'm having is that the sliders on the C-Touch are very sensitive and if you think you've moved the slider to the off position, it's still on at about 1-3%
    Any suggetions?

    G'day

We usually make the text label underneath the slider (which says what the slider controls) double as an "off" button so you just press that rather than try to get the slider exactly to 0%.

    Not super-hi-tech but it works!

    Cheers

Set the minimum turn on value (Min/Max tab) in the dimmer to say 10%. That way anything under 10% will be off

It doesn't work like that for a dimmer... the "min" level in a dimmer is the level it will come on at when sent a C-Bus level of 1.

For relays, the "turn on threshold" does work as you describe, but doesn't help here :(

Exactly how I do it, works a treat. Great minds think alike, or is it simple minds seldom differ.

Looks like the lable functioning as an on/off button wins! Thanks....

Make sure you set the label as ''off '' not ''on/off''. Otherwise the user may inadvertantly turn the lights on when they want them off.
