Suggest you assign "Dimmer" to the key.

If you look on the key functions tab, you will see that this gives you:

    - Toggle on a short release
    - Downcycle on a long press

The effect is: a short press and release will turn the load on / off. (Or if dimmed, to off, and a subsequent short press will go fully on.)

Press and hold, you get the Downcycle function, which will default to dimming DOWN, but if you release and then do another press and hold (within 15 seconds) it will dim UP. (And if you do the same again it continues to alternate the dimming direction between down and up.)

This will probably do everything you want. More sophisticated memory dimming is also possible, but we'll leave that for another day unless that's what you really really want.
