DLT backlight failures

    Hi all,

    I visited a client today who has a number of DLT's (12 in total) in a mixture of 4 and 5 button forms. The installation is only just over 3yrs old, the problem is that most of the LED backlights are now only barely visible. Some are brighter than others and some are off completley despite being set on and at 100% in Toolkit.

    Also I have 4 in my own home and one of these has now failed! Has anyone else experienced this problem.

    I personally have not seen or heard of this.

    I have had about 10 in my own home for about 9 years now and have not noticed any degradation in backlight brightness (mind you I don't have them running at 100% and this would increase the life).

    Interested to hear others' experience.
