    Hi all,

I was reading a thread regarding broadcasting some variables on a DLT (Temperature) and it was dated a few years ago now, but it said it could be done via a wiser. I don't have a wiser as of yet but was wondering whether the most recent DLTs can display these variables?

    I am after the following:

I have 3 phase current measurement via CMU that I want to be displayed on a DLT once I have pressed the button. I will do some logic in PICED for my PAC unit to convert the current measurements to a kWh or the like to be shown.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Cheers,
    Dave

The eDLT (enhanced DLT) can display this sort of information natively without the need for any logic assistance. Any measurement values such as power from the CMU or temperature can be displayed in this fashion.

Take a look at the GUI in Toolkit to give you an idea of the enhanced features of the eDLT over the DLT

Thanks for the reply. I don't have any of the eDLTs and am not buying any more.... Is there any way of doing this via logic on a Saturn DLT??

    Cheers

This might sound a bit to the point but you will spend more than $300 of your time and maybe a few trips to advanced hair trying to write logic, test, write more logic trying to get what you want to work on the old DLT, and you may still find that it can't be done.

Save yourself time and effort and grab one of the new eDLTs which has exactly what your after built in ready to go.
