I have a new DLT unit (About 2 hours old) that after a restart the contrast on the screen has gone fully dark. I can see the display when held at a very flat angle but it is unreadable when it is vertical. Is there a way to change the contrast or is it a faulty unit?

    Thanks!

If the fault occurred after a re-start, have you tried re-starting the unit again to see if it sorts itself out?

The contrast is not adjustable, so if the restart doesn't fix it then it might need to be replaced under warranty.

Yes tried a couple, the sad thing is that the screen fully died after 2nd restart.
The unit seems to work fine in all other functions and can been seen and configured by toolkit, but just no screen. So yes a warranty call I think.
