DLT Indicator Brightness

I have a job where I changed the Screen and Indicator Brightness to 10% on all DLTs, it was set to 0% (or 2% on the units with older firmware).

The customer asked for a change so when they approach the switch they can see which lights are on without having to press a button first to wake up the switch.

The problem is this setting works differently on the different DLTs, for most DLTs the screen and indicators go to 10% but for some DLTs the screen brightness goes to 0% while the indicator brightness goes to 10%, and this is the operation the customer wants, they want all DLTs to do this.

Is there any way to get all the DLTs to do this?
