I have 5 DLT's on a system and since I last made changes I am having problems. On one DLT the text has printed skewy/broken next to one button, while the other buttons are fine. On the others for some but not all buttons the label reads with the default "Button x", in all cases the buttons function as programmed.

Points of note, My DLT's are firmware v2.1.00 and I am using Toolkit v1.12.1. I first had this issue when I moved from a native PC to an Apple running windows under VMware and potentially more relevant upgraded to the new version of Tool kit.

If any one can shed any light on the issue I'd be most grateful.

The most likely cause of labelling failures on DLT is down to communication errors occurring on the network. Start with the basics.

Thanks Newman. From a networking perspective the biggest change is connecting via wifi... I'll try a direct cabled connection and post back the outcome.

    DLTs failing

I had a similar problem on a job. In the Edit DLT Label area make sure all the DLTs are Ticked "Text" Default font. Hope this helps
