    Hi there,

Just asking, were you using a laptop or a standard PC?
If it was a laptop, it could be caused due to lack of power,
If you're connected to toolkit via a laptop that is not plugged into power, it can cause unstable behaviour and corruption in the program.

The pro dimmer being highlighted in red, is that when the network is open? Check serial numbers and the address number on both the database and the network to ensure they are the same. If not, try the firmware, and also open it via the network and save it to the database.

If still nothing reset the DLT's, just remember what was programmed :)

Just a thought, sorry if it's not at all helpful!

    Somehow.. I doubt it..

Perhaps you had a dodgy laptop once.. correlation and causation, don't confuse them.

It does it with several laptops,
We have 2 different programmers working for the company,
And it's happened on more than one occasion.

    :)
