DMX Gateway Frozen

Trying to find out what could cause a C-Bus DMX Gateway to freeze.
Seen it on 2 project recently where the DMX had stopped working, not being able to turn on or off or change RGB colours.
The modules have been working fine for on one project a couple of years and on another 3 months.
Once we unplug the C-Bus connections and then plug back in, the gateways have started to work again.
Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. O, is there a way we can get them to work without unplugging them.

 

I think there was a batch with that issue, we had a run of installs with gateways that would stop working and only a power cycle would get them back. It was only about 3 or 4 all installed around the same time, where as we have installed heaps without issue. Hopefully yours are still under warranty and you can get a replacement.
