DMX Sound to Light ?

I'm having great fun at the moment integrating a DMX controller with a Wiser controlling three JCC Coloured (RGB) LED systems. The mood lighting is amazing and it?s working great.

However; I always want to push the boundaries a little so I would like to integrate a sound to light function, for parties in the main.

I have the C-Bus DMX interface as the principle controller of the DMX universe and three JCC RGB Controllers on different DMX channels. This max?s out the C-Bus DMX as I have 3 x Red, Green and Blue and the last channel for the dim level or strobe so 4 x 3.

I was hoping that the JCC controllers had a sound to light interface but they don?t. I could unplug the C-Bus DMX interface and simply plug in a DMX Sound to light interface. But that?s messy and means a trip to the plant room each time I want to switch it over.

Anybody got any ideas? Two DMX universes with some kind of switch would be an option. I found devices which enable one DMX universe split in to two but not the other way around. Anybody integrated sound to light in to C-Bus?
