I have just install a new B&W MkII and when I connect the USB cable I get a failure to start driver error. Has anyone else had this problem and know of a solution. I have tried re-installing the drivers. If I try a transfer it fails to communicate. I have the latest V4 of PICED and of Toolkit installed.:(

Yep... had a similar problem. Make sure PICED is not running first. Need to remove the driver (not just re-install it). Go through Control Panel > System> hardwareTab> USB and remove the driver...it will be in error (with a yellow question mark). Run PICED and plug in the screen. It will find the driver and install. I tried to install the driver before running PICED and had the same issue.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers

It worked, but now I have more issues

    Well that worked fine.

Now I have another question. I am trying to use the remote that came with the B&W TS and it works for the first button press on the remote and then becomes useless. It turns the light on but then nothing. it is like it has been disabled.

    any ideas?

    Hi Guys,

The v3.0.0 firmware for the 5000CT released with PICED 4.0 was found to have the IR issue described above. This has been fixed in the v3.11.0 firmware released with PICED 4.1 which you can download from the usual place.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Cheers,
    Mark.
