E-mail field

Bloody Clipsal.

Here I was looking for an early night and found new software releases!
Just trying some of the new features, but have found the Account Name; E-mail Address; Incoming Server and User Name fields too short (can't quite fit the details in) in PICED. My e-mail address has 31 characters in it.

Now where's that coffee drip....

Not sure if this is a V!sta issue...
We recently upgraded to PICED 4.5.0.0 in CTC, but have had a few issues with graphics since. All background images are very grainy and had a bad flicker across the whole screen - the flicker was sorted by turning the power off for ten minutes, but the background image quality is still poor. I've tried uploading the project again, but still get the same result.
Interestingly though, the buttons are still OK (also created in photoshop).
No changes were made to the project - only trying out new software at home before inflicting on clients. Only noticed tonight that the 'Auto Search' for IP function doesn't work for me.

Anyone else having similar issues?

We will fix this in the next release. Issue #16605

 

I have tried the following image types on CTC and they all look fine:
- BMP
- ICO
- WMF
- GIF
- JPG

We will need to get you to send your project into Tech Support so we can look into it.

Did it work OK with the previous version of PICED?

Have you made any changes to your PC or Ethernet network since last doing an Auto Search? This can be caused by a firewall, or having a router between your PC and the CTC.
