Error code E11 means "Missing or defective Thermal Probe".

Recommend you get in touch with Tech Support or your supplier.

I'm not sure that there is anything that you yourself can do, other than check that no damage has been done to the unit when it was installed or while it has been in use.

As far as I can tell,, this is not a user-fixable problem.

I would call your supplier or Tech Support, talk to them about the problem, and see if they can give you any more ideas about what to do.

Maybe one of the CIS guys on here can give you a better suggestion than me, but if your unit does have a defective (or missing) thermal probe, I believe that the unit will need to be returned to your supplier or tech support people to either be repaired or replaced.

    Best of luck,

    E11 Error

The E11 can be reset by pressing Control + Flash pushbuttons together. Early versions of the 12 channel dimmer came without thermal sensors attached, this may be a good place to start, the thermal sensor is usually at the top of the heatsink(ie hottest point on dimmer).
