    If you add a EDLT to existing network and then do a CTRL F5 (scan for new units)

    the new unit is found at 255. you can can then readdress or leave at this address. If you then double click the unit on the network to load the config from the unit. It loads to 85% and then says "Failed to load Unit"

    you can try again and again at it always fails at 85%

    =========================

    If you add a EDLT to existing network and then do a RESCAN entire network then device is found and you can edit it it fine.

    Is this a BUG ??

    having to do a rescan take along time. don't have this issue with other unit types

    Using toolkit 1.13

    Thanks for the report. We may need the Toolkit .ccl / C-Gate level 9 logs to diagnose this. If you do have them can you please zip and liam-e them to [email protected]?

    Have you tried to replicate using the steps explained ? Could it be this network? If it works ok for you I will spend the time to get the logs you require.

    No worries, I've logged a ticket and we'll try to reproduce it.

    Are the EDLTs loaded with the 1.20 firmware, this is the point at which mine give the warning when they aren't updated yet, so I assume it is the point when the version check is performed.

    Each unit gives the warning at 85ish %, once the update to 1.20 is done the warning goes away.

    I'm getting the same error when trying to open an eDLT which is already on the network and has been programmed before. Doing a Projects refresh or a Network Rescan doesn't fix it.

    I'm seeing this with eDLT firmware 1.3, anyone else still having trouble?
    I found opening from the database is a workaround.

    C-Gate runs on a RPi with no other clients connected while programming.
    Toolkit version is 1.13.3.
