eDLTs dead

    Hi all,
    I have two eDLTs that have a dead screen.
    I can see them on the network in toolkit (1.16.0), as they show up as being alive on the network.
    When I try to make a change to them, once I click 'apply', I get an error message: 'an error happened when saving to unit.

    I have not tried to upgrade their firmware - it is 5-5-00.
    Does anybody have a fix for this?
    These are not cheap to replace.

    Hi Dave,

    Worth a try.

    Upgrade the firmware on one.

    If you can then after write to the unit, change the screen foreground and background colour to something other than the defaults eg. Red on Green, Re-power the switch then change back to your original screen colour choice.

    This procedure has fixed many with the same issue that Ive seen.
