Most sensors can be enabled or disabled based upon a specific Group Address being ON or OFF.. This means that you can stop a PIR Sensor triggering a Group by setting its Enable Group to off..

Is there a specific example you wanted help with?

Have you actually loaded up toolkit and had a look. Once you understand group addressing you will see that you add a group address to the enable control for the sensor and then from the neo you either turn on or off the enable control by turning the group on or off.
