We upgrade the project from PICED 4.6.1 to 4.8.1. All function works normal except using the projector with Wiser. Please see the error screen attached.

Please upgrade your Wiser firmware to the latest version that comes with PICED 4.8.1 The projector makes a physical connection to Wiser and is detecting that the Wiser firmware is not compatible with the current Skin. this should solve your issue.

It looks like the projector files did not get updated with PICED V4.8 or V4.8.1

We will try to get this sorted out ASAP

    iphone issues

I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but having recently upgraded to 4.8.2 as well the wiser firmware, Wiser is no longer working on my iphone. It makes a connection to the Wiser unit but freezes on the startup screen with the message "Geeting status (3/3) ...".

I have tried downgrading the firmware, but this didn't seem to make any difference.

I would check the following things:
    a) Check that the Adobe Flash UI still works fine using the browser.
    b) Version of Wiser firmware currently on the unit ( use http://wiserip/index_i.htm ) and click on the Wiser tab and it will give you the details of its project. If you're using PICED 4.8.2, it is best to use the version of Wiser firmware that came with it which is 1.17.0
    c) I'd recommend uploading your project from PICED to the Wiser unit again just to be certain that the project transfer was clean.

If those 3 are working but the iPhone app is still not working, then that would be very unusual. At that point, I'd start to look at details of the project, ensure that it isn't using irrigation, if that's not the issue, then I would reinstall the iPhone app just to be certain it isn't some corruption on the iPhone side.

Thanks, but I have tried all of those things without success.

I have been using the iphone app since it was first released without any issues until I upgraded to the new firmware.

I have tried using the old firmware again and reinstalling the new firmware, again without success.

It is finally working again. I uploaded the project again, changed the iphone settings to remove remember last tab etc, and it finally logged in again. I think the porblem may have been on the iphone side holding onto some old project/connection info.

That's a useful data point. I'll pass it on to the developer, there's supposed to be an Wiser iphone app 2nd release soon and I want to make sure this kind of problem never occurs.
