In a project after 5 months of successful communication with AMX, suddenly they can't control almost every group address of my C-BUS system.
The messages they get are shown in the attached picture.
7 weeks ago I added 3 pirs and I was afraid that I made something wrong that generated too much traffic.. So I run the diagnostic tool for couple minutes and everything seems to be ok since I didn't have much traffic and 0 errors reported.
Any idea of how we can fix it, please?

Haven't find a solution yet I am wondering...

Is there a possibility that the use of a newer version of toolkit could make the connection with AMX to fail?

It is possible. The format of C-Gate commands does change slightly on rare occasions when it is absolutely necessary. This could easily upset the parsing of the messages in the AMX driver.

How easy is to downgrade the used version of toolkit?
Since I cannot have 2 different versions of Toolkit in my computer should I make a backup of my projects then uninstall Toolkit and reinstall the older version of it?
Will I have problem with Piced or not?

Fairly easy. Just install the old one.

It would be a good idea.

Check the compatibility matrix on the downloads web site.
