    Hi,
I am facing a problem to retrieve the dimmer GUI setting on Toolkit. Whenever I double click on this specific dimmer (unit 2 as attached) , a new window will pop (as attached photo) out asking me to get a latest version of Toolkit. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me to solve this? Thanks in advance.

    Rgds,
    Shah

That's quite an old dimmer (based on firmware version), but it should still work fine. Please send me a PM to remind me to have a look on Monday.

Confirmed that it's a TK issue. It's in our bug tracking database under #0018695. Keep an eye on the future release notes of Toolkit to see when it's fixed.

Edit: Oh, and thanks for posting the screenshots. They really help in tracking down issues like this.

Are you referring to the DIN Rail teal-covered 4-channel dimmers, the black box 4-channel dimmers or the really old cream box 4-channel dimmers?

    Hi guys,

Sorry about the stuff up. If programming of old dimmer units can't wait until Toolkit 1.11.1 please contact Clipsal technical support. They will supply the instructions and the file you need to update to be able to program old dimmer units with firmware 1.1.28 or similar.

    Regards,
    George

I'm having the same problem with a 4-Ch relay. It still works, but I can't get hold of it via the toolkit to reconfigure it. Screenshot attached.

That looks like a different issue. I suggest you contact tech support.
