I have a CNI (that I borrowed from Charlie Crackle, so I know he wont be happy) that refuses to work with Toolkit or the Lantronix redirector software. Using the Lantronix device installer from the CIS site I have managed to give the unit an IP address and can ping it, but thats it. No Web access No Telnet And no work with Toolkit, or redirector or anything else. Mick, Frank and I have been fighting with this thing for 2 days with no luck. It has obviously got it's self all screwed up so how do I factory reset it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
