Recently every cbus network I connect to with my 5500PCU I have trouble saving to devices. Some times I get error 20085 - network unit and GUI are different. But most of the time its failed to save to physical unit and if Im having a bad day I get units not responding.

It sounds like a network problem but this is happening on every network I connect to including ones that have had no problems before. I check if a burden is needed and only one is selected and that there is not an excess of clocks and there is enough power. I have tried many usb leads and patch leads to connect to the network.

I have even setup a couple of dimmers and a DLT on the workbench and I still get failed to save to physical unit.

    Has anyone got any ideas?

Saw this a few times in training, working on the network version of the unit not the database version.

Its not that, it happens if I edit from the network or from the database. I tried the interface on another pc and it worked fine so its something on the laptop I use. I uninstalled toolkit and reinstalled and forced it to update the usb drivers but that didnt work.
