Faulty Device

    Hi admin, my home is wired for the clipsal c-bus device but now my MRA system has gone blank and nothing is working, i have contacted Schneider electeics and no one is helping me with fixing my device, i am in South Africa and i need my system to work or even parts for it, please help

    Hi Wizba
    Can you provide a bit more information?
    Is it the screen of the (MRA) matrix switcher that is blank? What is the colour of the Matrix Switcher... is it black or more or a two-tone blue and light blue colour?

    if you can come back with a little more info, we (on the forum) might be able to assist you
