Firmware Download Failure

    I am getting a failure downloading firmware to PAC hardware. It connects and starts to send the file but stops a third the way through. I have previously downloaded firmware to it without problems but this was around a year ago. I have tied both 3.6.0 and 3.7.0. Everything else works in that I can view logic, scenes and schedules.

    If you can send a log file showing the transfer to Tech Support and get them to pass it on to me, I will have a look.

    Process is :
    1. Select the log "Show C-Touch/PAC messages" option
    2. Select the log "Show Info Messages" option
    3. Set the log to save to file
    4. Transfer the project to the PAC
