    There is an issue with the firmware supplied with PICED 4.4.0 when downloading to the Black and White Mark 2 touchscreen without logic.

    After downloading the firmware (CTouch_Mark2_3_30_0.mot), everything seems to be operating as normal, however when you go to download the project, the unit will lock up on the initialising screen and continually reset.

    Should you find yourself in this situation, please use the "unit reset" button on the touchscreen. This erases the current firmware in the unit and allows new firmware to be downloaded.
    The "recover C-Touch Mark 2" option in PICED can then be used to download the earlier firmware version (CTouch_Mark2_3_13_0.mot).

    This issue does NOT affect units with logic.

    Cheers,

    We will endeavour to rectify this problem as quickly as possible. Hopefully it will only take a few days to get a service pack for PICED 4.4 released.

    If you can't wait that long, the only solution is to revert to PICED V4.3 temporarily.

    We apologise for any inconvenience. :(

    I've found pulse functions and logic pulses aren't working. I had to roll back to v4.3:confused:

    v4.4
    ok, you can simulate everything well on the PC/Laptop however going live on a C-touch unit it looks ok, but hits the fail boat when you instigate scenes or pulses. the only command i found to work is the command functions:
    StartTimer(), StopTimer(), TimerTime... etc.

    Is it 4.4.0 or 4.4.1?

    What model (Cat#) CTouch are you referring to?

    I have also experienced the same in schedule plus with scenes not being saved in the current version.

    Can you provide a little more detail about the nature of the problem.
    • Unit type (B & W C-Touch or Colour)
    • Firmware Version
    • Steps needed to make the fault occur
