first press to wake the system up?

I'm having a problem with regard to successfully switching on scenes at the first button press.

I have a system of Saturn input units triggering scenes stored in a Wiser unit.

The problem I have is that something in the system appears to go to sleep and then unless the input unit is "woken up", the first key press is ineffective and it takes a second one to bring the scene on.

For clarity I confirm that the option ?Enable Nightlight? is checked but ?Ignore First Key Press? is not checked in the indicators tab.

Is this a known issue and, if so, does anyone know the solution?

 

First thing is to figure out if the trigger is not being sent or not being received/actioned.

Use the diagnostics utility or toolkit log to see if the command is being sent on the first button press.
