Help finding C-Bus fault

Hi,

I have errors with by 14 year old CBus system. The issue I am having is the the Cbus drops out 1 or 2 times a week and I can not control lights with switches (flash red and blue). But can still turn on from relay.

I have down loaded CBus Diagnostic tool after watching this old video



but I do not get the option to run the reliability test as it is not in my menu.

The C-Bus Analyzer Log File shows some errors

74 errors from 5934 messages in 20 minutes. (no idea how to tell where the error is coming from).

How can I pinpoint the error?

power supply issue more than likely by the sounds of it
