    Hi Guys,

Have had one of these units installed in the house for 2 years now with no issues. It seems that one of the channels (3) may have jammed itself on.

The buttons on the front do not register the channel 3 on.
    Pushing 3 has no effect
Powering on/off the unit has no effect.

Toolkit shows 0.9 amps being drawn on channel 3 (correct as the lights are stuck on).

Any ideas ? Is the channel just dead (stuck on).

Finally I suppose my only option is to buy another (eek) as in the UK.

Sorry, whats an 'or' logic channel ?

Can you set logic up in such a way to break the front of the unit led on/off displays ?and in such a way that a toolkit 'off' is completey ignored. And in such a way that you break cbus messaging/state- i.e that cbus thinks the channle is off and reports it as off ?

Sounds like a damaged triac.I`ve had this problem with quite a few pro dimmers.Have there been any faults on that circuit?I`ve had lamps blowing which caused the triac to blow!

    Hey,

Possibly yes - the lamps do blow occasionally on my circuits. Never had a problem up till now though.

Guess its a nasty to fix ?
