    Hello
For the last 10 years my Cbus system has performed flawlessly so it was a real heartsink when my Black and White touchscreen with logic froze last night.
Cycling the CBUS power failed to help and the screen is now frozen on the Clipsal Splash screen.

What is heartening is that the Logic and Schedule functions are still working in the back ground. Pressing "Next" on the screen has no effect (not even a beep) but, of course, normally one would expect the screen to time out and progress to the home page.
Any advice on what the likely problem is (and a fix) would be most welcome. FWIW I'm based in the UK.
    Thanks in advance
    Phil

    Hi Phil,
Not shure if this helps you being in the UK, but Clipsal do still repair these at their factory in Australia. Perhaps contact them for advice on your problem.

Many thanks Trevor, That is good to hear and I will be happy to ship it to Oz. The alternative is a considerable reengineering of my set up here.
