HIGH DPI Screens and Toolkit EDLT

    Having issues with the latest toolkit EDLT screen on Surface Pro Windows 10..
    See attached picture... Seem to happen also on my home windows 10 machine with 4K high DPI screen as well.

    Just seems to effect the EDLT editing dialogues.
