Home Wiser Problem

    We have find some on Home Wiser:

    1. I have setup the internet address as static IP but it doesn't save the dns address.

    2. when i set the widget of lighting. we select the lighting timer to ON and during 10 sec Off. but this function can't work to retrun Off and stay On.


    Can any one to help me??

    Hi Tim1212

    You need to contact tech support. Also refer back to you training notes which should help overcome part of the issue
