Homegate Demo Mode

May seem like a dumb question, but you know I'm going to ask it....
Will HomeGate Demo allow me to control real lights and real switches or will it only control simulated lights and switches on the PC screen, and will act in the same way as the full product (V4.0) but with "demo mode" on the screen.

Pretty sure it is fully functional, but shutdowns randomly between 1 to 2 hours. Although someone else would need to confirm that. It's easy enough to test ofcourse.
